Coconut scraping or desicated coconut | 3/4 cup |
Coriander leaves | 1 fistful (or as per ur taste) |
Ginger | 1 inch piece |
Tamarind | A pinch |
Green chillies | 2 nos.as per ur taste |
Salt | As needed |
Fried gram (pottukadalai) | 2 tblsp |
Water | as required for grinding |
To Season:
Mustard | 1 tsp |
Urad dal & channa dal | 1 tsp |
Curry leaves | 1 sprig |
Oil | 2 tsp |
METHOD
1.Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.2.Season it with mustard,urad dal,channa dal and curry leaves.
Notes:
To avoid getting slight bitter taste, first grind the ingredients coarsely with out coriander,then add coriander leaves at last, grind it to a smooth paste.
