INGREDIENTS:
Oatmeal - 1 cup
Semolina/rava/sooji - 1/2 cup
Water - required amount
Green chillies - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon crushed
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons chopped
Oil - for dosa
Salt - to taste
Jeera - 1 tsp
Capsicum - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 cup finely chopped
PREPARATION:
Dry
roast oats till aroma comes out. Allow
it to cool and grind as fine powder.
Soak the half portion of rava with adequate water for 15 Min's, grind as fine paste with little water. it helps for binding the batter. because i didn't use any maida, rice & wheat flour, so we need to do this process.
In a mixing bowl-add oats powder, rava & grounded rava paste, jeera,
onion, green chillies, pepper powder, salt, capsicum, coriander leaves and mix well.Add water and make a
thin batter like rava dosa batter.
Heat the dosa tawa, pour
a laddle full of batter on the griddle from outside to inside like we do for
rava dosa's. pour a teaspoon of oil around the dosa.
Allow it to cook on medium heat, till golden brown and turn over to other side.Wait
for 3 -4 Min's, the other side to get cooked.
Serve these dosa’s with any type of chutney.
